Vehicles are available 24/7 and our office hours are 6AM to 11PM.
Ideally a 24-hour notice is required for shared ride services while a minimum of 3 hours is required for private ride services. Early morning pick-ups must be reserved by 7:00 PM the previous day. Last minute are discouraged, however, we will do our utmost to accommodate them.
Shared ride services from your home or office to the airport are available 6AM to 6PM daily: Shared ride services from the airport to your home or office are available between 7:30 AM and 9:30 PM daily. For pick-ups at other times, private arrangements can be made (See rates under: Westchester County Group).
The passenger is responsible for all tolls incurred during a private trip. However, the passenger is not responsible for tolls on shared ride trips.
The wait time for shared ride service is normally 20 to 45 minutes. Wait time for a private ride is generally 10 minutes.
No, gratuity is not included in the fare and is left to the discretion of the passenger. Normal gratuity is 15 to 20% of the fare.
We utilize 11 passenger Vans and 14 passenger Sprinters.
Passengers arriving at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Liberty Airports are advised to proceed to the "Ground Transportation Counter" operated by the Port Authority. These counters are easily identified and are adjacent to the courtesy phones. You may contact our reservationist by dialing "32".
We accept cash, traveler's checks and all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Note: If paying by credit card, the cardholder must be present with the card available for imprinting.
We provide service to all hotels in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas.

Each passenger is allowed 2 standard sized suitcases and 1 carry-on.

Yes, if the trip is a private trip and the pets are caged. However, no pets are allowed on shared ride trips.

Shared ride drop-offs are based on the distance from the airport, those closest to the airport are dropped off first.
Yes, but charges will be assessed accordingly for each extra stop ($10 to $30).
You should contact us as soon as possible at 1 (800) 914-4223. For airport to airport passengers, you may be able to take advantage of subsequent shuttle trips.
Yes for high volume or round trip bookings.
No, you may make your reservation at the "Ground Transportation" desk which is located in all the terminals in the "Arrival" section of the terminals. You also have the option of using the courtesy phones located adjacent to the Ground Transportation desk to call us directly by dialing "32".
